"The Den" @ Basement 45 is a more intimate space, available for private hire / birthday party hire on Friday and Saturday nights and some midweek nights. It comes equipped with its own DJ booth and equipment: 3x CDJ 2000 nexus & DJM 900 nexus, sound system, dance floor, seating area and bar.

Hire covers 5 hours and can be anytime between 9pm-3am (subject to conditions). The hire fee is £175 plus a £50 refundable damage deposit. You can bring your own DJ's or we can provide one at an extra cost of £200. You can also just play your own music through the soundsystem if you don't want a DJ. The Den is ideal for smaller groups of 40-60. There is no minimum bar spend.
