Basement 45 is a historic nightclub located in the heart of Bristol's city centre. Platforming underground music for over half a century, the atmosphere remains true to the venue's roots to this day, as a home of authentic UK bass music and culture.

Accessibility:

We have ramps that can be installed to make every room wheelchair accessible. Please get in touch in advance to request this, and we will be happy to accommodate you. Unfortunately the venue does not have an accessible toilet.

Cloakroom:

We have cloakroom facilities available for every event. The cost is £2.50 per hanger, and you CAN put multiple items on the same hangae. If you lose your cloakroom ticket, we will be unable to return your items until after the event; this is to prevent your items from being stolen. All items are left at the owner's risk.

Age Restrictions:

We are a strictly 18+ venue, and we therefore require all customers to present a valid form of identification before admittance. Accepted forms of ID are a valid Passport or Driver's Licence. If you cannot provide either of these, please get in touch with us in advance (contact details below), and we will do our best to help. We do not accept photographs or photocopies of ID, physical and original documents only.

FAQ:

- How should I get there? There are 3 car parks within a 5 minute walk of the venue: Frog Lane car park (BS1 5UY), College Street car park (BS1 5UU) or Trenchard Street car park (BS1 5AN). Our closest bus stop is College Green, which serves routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 72, 77, U2, and Y6.

- Is there a dress code? No, please wear whatever you are comfortable dancing in! Please no football shirts or flip-flops though (or any open-toed sandals).

- Do you have a cloakroom? Yes, please see above!

- I left something at the club, can I get it back? We keep all lost property that we find for 2 weeks, please get in touch with us directly (contact details below) to arrange a time to collect your items. After 2 weeks items may be donated to charity.
